A Farm Toy Dream Realized!
Posted by Christopher Burnett on
When someone uses the term "A Dream Realized", what thoughts and dreams come to your mind! When it relates to a commercial building with a storefront showroom open to the public, that is a dream I did not know would come true. We at Burnett Farm Toys, LLC are proud to announce that the dream is now reality, and our grand opening of our storefront showroom is scheduled for Friday Oct. 9th and Saturday Oct. 10th. Our grand opening ceremony with ribbon cutting will be at 10am on Friday, and the showroom will then be open to the public until 6pm on Friday and then again on Saturday from 9am-5pm. Words cannot do justice as to how excited we are to be opening! It is a dream realized, and we look forward to sharing it with all our fellow farm toy/toy truck collectors as well as our neighbors and community members!
We continue to restock items and post new items to our website. Please continue to check our website for those items in the coming days and weeks!
Farm toy shows for the fall are beginning to be scheduled. Please check our "Toy Shows" page for the latest updates and additions.
Alissa and I would like to thank everyone that has helped make this dream a reality! Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ has truly blessed us in our lives! Happy collecting, and Lord Bless!

P.S. My Papa Burnett ran a feed store, grocery stores, and a restaurant during his life. He loved the restaurant the most as he never had to worry where his next meal was coming from. My grandfather grew up in the Great Depression with 14 brothers and sisters, so meals were sometimes questionable. While I do not get to a lot, I love to cook and wonder sometimes if I get that from my grandfather. Not only do I like to cook, I enjoy going to the grocery with Alissa to pick out our groceries. We were at the grocery this week, and looked around at some different items including the fancy ice creams! I normally will go for the store brand ice cream, however the sales on the premium ice creams caught my attention. After careful deliberation, Alissa and I left the store with a quart of Strawberry Cheesecake ice cream along with a quart of Peanut Butter Moose Tracks ice cream! I know it is not the healthiest of choices, but you have to splurge from time to time!
